All applicable service fees are communicated clearly before any work begins. By authorizing service, you agree to pay all applicable fees. We do not begin work without prior cost agreement.
Print Looner is not responsible for hardware malfunctions unrelated to our services, data loss during configuration, third-party service interruptions, or indirect and consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Our services are provided based on best practices and professional expertise. While we make every effort to resolve IT issues effectively, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes in all cases, as results may depend on factors outside our control.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
