About Our Services

Print Looner provides Managed IT Services for home users and businesses, including:

• Printer installation, configuration, and ongoing management
• WiFi range extender setup and performance optimization
• Router and modem configuration and management
• Network security setup and maintenance
• Business IT services including shared printing and office network management
• Ongoing managed IT support for homes and businesses

We are an independent service provider and are NOT affiliated with any hardware or software manufacturer.

Service Fees & Payment

All applicable service fees are communicated clearly before any work begins. By authorizing service, you agree to pay all applicable fees. We do not begin work without prior cost agreement.

Your Responsibilities as a Client

• Provide accurate and complete information about your IT issues
• Follow guidance provided by our IT professionals
• Ensure you have authorization to modify equipment settings
• Maintain the security of your login credentials and account information
• Use our services only for lawful and legitimate purposes
• Back up important data before any configuration changes are made

Limitation of Liability

Print Looner is not responsible for hardware malfunctions unrelated to our services, data loss during configuration, third-party service interruptions, or indirect and consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Service Disclaimer

Our services are provided based on best practices and professional expertise. While we make every effort to resolve IT issues effectively, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes in all cases, as results may depend on factors outside our control.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
